You'll enjoy our yellow room with a private room, a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and an in-room refrigerator. This has a private entrance. Access the clothing-optional pool or 2 minutes walk to the beach.
Affordable stay next to San Juan's gayest guest house, Coqui del Mar. This is perfect for one or two, this is our "YELLOW" full-size room. You'll have a comfortable queen-size bed in a private room. The bathroom provides a private sink, shower, and toilet.
It's important to note that due to permit issues, we cannot provide you access to the main guesthouse, so no breakfasts or jacuzzi. However, you do have a clothing-optional pool. We do have other room options at the guesthouse including a shared bunkbed room up to a large one-bedroom private apartment-style with private kitchens.
Either at the guesthouse or at our Airbnb, You'll enjoy on-site management who knows the places to visit or can help you with tour or restaurant recommendations.
Again, This room does not have access to our guesthouse. This is an unserviced room (ie no daily housekeeping or towel/sheet changes). We do have a washer/dryer available.
Strong wifi, a backup generator, and 500 gallons of reserve water ensure you'll always have a good vacation.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Yes, even vacations must have boring legal stuff to read. We try our best to make reserving a non-stressful event.
We bill your credit card on file 20% at the time of booking. This confirms your stay. If we are not able to bill your credit card for the deposit then we reserve the right to not confirm the reservation. We offer 100% refunds if canceled prior to 30 days of your trip start date. Cancellations made within 30 days but at least 1 week from your arrival date will receive full credit for future stay (to use within 18 months). Cancellations made within a week of the stay will forfeit the deposit, but no further charges will be made. If no cancellation is made, then the trip will be billed to the credit card on file in full.
If you would like to have more flexibility (ie planning a first-time vacation with the new boyfriend after your second date), then we highly recommend taking our Trip Insurance. This allows a full refund (minus the trip insurance) for even “day of” cancellations (cancellations prior to 11am the day of check-in…After all, you have to decide at some point!). This includes weather, work, family, and love life issues, but no need to give us an excuse…or we will take any reason you can throw at us.
You will see the option for Trip Cancellation Insurance when booking directly with us during the check out phase. If booking via a third party, then you will be under the terms of cancellation of that website. (Another reason to book directly with us at www.CoquiDelMar.com).
Deposit Policy
We do not collect security deposits. We trust our guests to take care of the property and let us know of any accidents or deficiencies. If you find something not working correctly, dripping, not looking right, etc.. definitely see your doctor. But if it's related to your room, please let us know so that we can fix it.
BIKES, TOURS, and PERSONAL AFFAIRS
Owners, staff, and management are not responsible for lost items, damage, or accidents. Bikes are lent out at no cost to our guests. Guests are responsible for returning the bikes. Personal items of value can be stored in a room safe.
