Deposit Policy

We do not collect security deposits, though we do require a working credit card to be on file. We trust our guests to take care of the property and let us know of any accidents or deficiencies. If you find something not working correctly, dripping, not looking right, etc.. definitely see your doctor. But if it’s related to your room, please let us know so that we can fix it.

Bikes, Tours, and Personal Affairs

Owners, staff, and management are not responsible for lost items, damage, or accidents. bikes are lent out at no cost to our guests. Guests are responsible to return the bikes. Personal items of value can be stored in a room safe.  

 

Cancellation Policy

Yes, even vacations must have boring legal stuff to read. We try our best to make reserving a non-stressful event.

We offer two ways to book with us:  Pay 20% deposit and enjoy a 14 day cancellation window. Cancel with us 14 days prior to your arrival and receive 100% of your deposit returned to you.  Or…pay all in advance and receive a discounted price but no possible refund.    

If you would like to have more flexibility (ie planning a first-time vacation with the new boyfriend after your second date), then we highly recommend taking Cancel for Any Reason trip insurance.  If available, this is offered at check out and must be purchased before booking your room.  This is offered by a third party and automatically kicks in if you need to cancel your reservation outside of our normal cancellation policy window.  This cannot be added later.  .
