This is not part of Coqui Del Mar guesthouse. It is managed by the same team from Coqui Del Mar but this is a family-friendly airbnb with 5 private units. This is queer friendly but is not clothing optional.
These are all airbnb style, with self-service. We provide the essentials including linens, towels and soaps. There is a washer/dryer shared.
We do provide daily fresh Puerto Rican coffee in the patio area.

We've also ensured ample space for your groceries, so you can easily stock up and make yourself at home. The dining area comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and features beautiful dinnerware, setting the stage for delightful meals.
We understand the importance of a reliable internet connection, especially for those who work remotely. That's why we've opted for high-speed fiber optic internet to keep you connected. The dining table doubles as a convenient workspace for multiple people, while the side tables provide a laptop-friendly setup on the sofa, ensuring productivity and comfort.
The bathroom was just remodeled and is stocked with all the necessities, including first-aid kit.
The main bedroom provides a serene atmosphere for you to unwind. The Queen-sized Purple mattress, featuring Purple's GelFlex® Grid, ensures a restful night's sleep. With blackout curtains, you can create a cozy and cool ambiance, ideal for relaxation. Additionally, the bedroom is equipped with a brand new inverter A/C and a spacious closet to accommodate all your belongings.

For your beach adventures, we offer shared beach chairs and various beach gear. Just grab them on your way out, conveniently located next to the outdoor shower.

The apartment is located in a lively tourist area, so some noise may occur during your stay, and we apologize for it. If it is bothering you, please find single-wrapped earplugs on your night table.

Cancellation Policy
Yes, even vacations must have boring legal stuff to read. We try our best to make reserving a non-stressful event.
We bill your credit card on file 20% at the time of booking. This confirms your stay. If we are not able to bill your credit card for the deposit then we reserve the right to not confirm the reservation. We offer 100% refunds if canceled prior to 30 days of your trip start date. Cancellations made within 30 days but at least 1 week from your arrival date will receive full credit for future stay (to use within 18 months). Cancellations made within a week of the stay will forfeit the deposit, but no further charges will be made. If no cancellation is made, then the trip will be billed to the credit card on file in full.
If you would like to have more flexibility (ie planning a first-time vacation with the new boyfriend after your second date), then we highly recommend taking our Trip Insurance. This allows a full refund (minus the trip insurance) for even “day of” cancellations (cancellations prior to 11am the day of check-in…After all, you have to decide at some point!). This includes weather, work, family, and love life issues, but no need to give us an excuse…or we will take any reason you can throw at us.
You will see the option for Trip Cancellation Insurance when booking directly with us during the check out phase. If booking via a third party, then you will be under the terms of cancellation of that website. (Another reason to book directly with us at www.CoquiDelMar.com).
Deposit Policy
We do not collect security deposits. We trust our guests to take care of the property and let us know of any accidents or deficiencies. If you find something not working correctly, dripping, not looking right, etc.. definitely see your doctor. But if it's related to your room, please let us know so that we can fix it.
BIKES, TOURS, and PERSONAL AFFAIRS
Owners, staff, and management are not responsible for lost items, damage, or accidents. Bikes are lent out at no cost to our guests. Guests are responsible for returning the bikes. Personal items of value can be stored in a room safe.

Las instalaciones son perfectas, la cama supera cómoda, habitación muy bien decorada y grande, con nevera. Y la piscina un lujo, una vez que llegas de visitar la ciudad, te puedes relajar con un buen baño.
Lugar que recomiendo y si vuelvo por la zona volverĂa a reservar. Gracias chicos por una estancia acogedora.

I try to come to Puerto Rico at least once a year and this was by far one of the best places I’ve stayed. More than I could have asked for especially traveling alone I felt safe, looked after but with enough privacy for the days I needed to sleep in. The recommendations for places to eat, where to go and access to a pool when I didn’t have energy for the beach made me want to come back. Hosts and even other guests were super friendly and made me wish I could stay longer as a queer woman traveling solo but who also participates in local San Juan communities as an artist and student. They even shared the big local Afro Puerto Rican Bomba and Plena performance I was a part of with other guests and many came! If you want to stay somewhere with intentional community this is the place.
