John Paulson, the majority owner, is a maga MAGA.  He was on the short list as Trumps’ treasury secretary.  He also owns La Concha, Condado Ocean Club and St Regis Bahia Resort. Restaurants in the Vanderbilt hotel include 1919, Ola, Tacos and Tequila, STK & Marabar.
